When i stream Fortnite i have 80 fps in game but in the OBS i have 5-15 FPS.
WHAT SHOULD I DO?

^ ive got even 7,5k bitrate and my stream is getting sometimes full od pixels, but my fps and bitrate in OBS are good, and stabile. :(

Your first issue is playing Fortnite, the second issue is either Game Mode is not disabled or CPU overload, since there is no log file I can't say any more.

In this case it could be either your CPU since 2.8Ghz is pretty low when comes to live encoding, especially 60FPS it neraly doubles load and also Check if your Game Mode is disabled, which was enabled at some point during an update.

If that doesn't help rebuild your scenes as minimal as possible (Game Capture + Audio only) and use the simple encoding settings to rule out user error.
