Fortnite Party cannot hear me when streaming with OBS

I just switched from my ps4 broadcasting tool to a capture card with OBS (Elgato HD60 X). I collected all the cables for it including the chat link pro. I have an external mic and camera. When starting my Fortnite stream on Twitch through OBS everything seemed to work except for one audio issue: my party was unable to hear me in-game. Which is strange since everyone in my stream on Twitch can hear both my party and me. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

How will my in-game party be able to hear me while I am live streaming through OBS?

Im having this same issue. Did you ever figure this out?
