Question / Help Fortnite Battle Royale recordings is choppy.

So I've wanted to get back onto Youtube (cause the last time I uploaded was maybe 3 months ago..) and I watched this tutorial + best settings but I don't really have the best computer for recording and once I was recording, it was choppy. I switched and changed some settings up but it still didn't work. Here's a link for evidence > https://youtu.be/CVpSolU0TZQ

Don't know PC parts btw
 
And note that when I was watching over these recordings I made, the FPS does not drop in the game but in OBS Studio.
