Question / Help Forgot to tick "stretch to screen", is my recording screwed?

I recorded for over an hour the other day but forgot to tick "stretch to screen". My resolution is 3840x2160 and I was recording at 1920x1080 so everything is zoomed in and focused on the middle of my screen, cutting everything else out. Is there any way to fix it now or is it completely useless?

For that particular piece of footage, it's not going to magically have the rest of the screen.

You could blow up or crop the footage with something like Sony Vegas.

That's what I thought, just wanted to make sure there wasn't anything I could do to salvage it. Thanks!
