Question / Help Force Scaling Game Capture not working

I click on option force scaling and then as I try to scale, the red bounding box disappears.

I am trying to scale a game capture into a box that matches the theme of my streaming.

Add Source > Game Capture > Full Screen Application && Force Scaling

I click on red bounding box only for it to disappear.

Force scaling is not designed to be used this way. If you're trying to change the transform so that it fits into a layout, you should be either cropping (alt+drag) or using the Edit Transform dialog to change the scaling options (ctrl+e when the source is selected).
