Question / Help Force OBS on separate processor cores

Hello.
I'm sorry. If my tongue is broken. I use google translator.
I have a 8700K processor. 16GB RAM
Does OBS STUDIO need all the cores? or enough 2 or 3. Forcedly try to run only on the first three cores, and the image begins to hang.
The image hangs on x264 (This is understandable; the entire encoding load falls on the processor itself. Although the streams are only 50% loaded). Also on NVENC H.264 (even strange. After all, there is no load on the processor, and the image still hangs).
Clear recording only when OBS is running on all cores.
But in this case, then the game hangs.

My idea is to launch a separate game on three cores (the game runs exactly without lags) and separately run OBS on the other three cores. (Image freezes).

Is it possible to configure OBS on three cores so that recording and translation work without lags?

I may be wrong but I think your operating system determines what and how many cores to use in the processor..
