Hi. This is an odd request for an option. You see, I'm using VAC to combine a left audio stream (game audio) and right audio stream (microphone) into a mono audio stream with the two combined. When I do this in VAC, only the left audio is heard. If I change the balance in Windows so that the left audio stream is 10 and the right audio is 100 and set the output to single channel, it works.
My only plight here is that using VAC as a RECORDING device and changing the channel levels works great in OBS, because I can select Line 1 as the Microphone. I can't select Line 1 under Desktop audio for some reason. If I could force desktop audio to mono, it'd be fine, though.
Why don't I want to use it as a microphone? Because my computer has the common Desync problem where after 1 minute the audio is off by half a second. The mic sync fix hack DOES fix the problem but it leaves my stream with a really annoying and prominent clicking every time the audio re-syncs (I'm just guessing that's what the clicking is).
Thanks!
