Question / Help Forbidden Files

So I tried opening OBS one day and found some message saying it wouldn't let me. So I uninstall it and try to download it again and it get halfway through download before it stops and say's "Fail- Forbidden". Anyone know how to fix this or maybe what the problem is?

Please post exact and complete error messages.

That said, this sounds more like an antivirus 'safety' measure, or possibly a piece of local computer management software.

That just goes to a 'page not found' error.
