Bug Report For some reason, I'm no longer able to stream at 60fps

Everything was running smoothly the last time I streamed. I tried to stream yesterday, after updating OBS, and my stream no longer looks smooth; it looks choppy, and slow. I didn't mess with the settings, everything was the same. Here's some links to the videos, for comparison.

Here's the stream looking normal: http://www.twitch.tv/el_nieto_pr/b/568319010

Here's how it looks now: http://www.twitch.tv/el_nieto_pr/b/570858252

What's going on? Thanks in advance for any help!

Turn on 'use buffering' in the properties for the elgato device. If it's not on it won't update frames at the correct interval.

Pardon my ignorance, but where would I find this "use buffering" option? I looked through Elgato's and OBS's settings, and I couldn't find it.

EDIT: I found it xD
EDIT#2: It was working fine when I "Preview" it, but as soon as I started streaming it started to lag again, even with the "Use Buffering" on.
