How I use this configuration of my laptop with obs studio
I have asus laptop Device specifications
CPU is Intel core i3 -3217U, 1.8GHz
Memory 2 GB
HDD 500 GB
64 bit operating system, x64-based Processor

Windows Specifications
Edition - windows 10 pro
Version- 21H1
Please guide me to using my laptop

That CPU is just over 10 years old, and the U=Ultra-low power, optimized for battery life, not the computationally demanding task of real-time video encoding. And for real-time video encoding, your situation made worse by ultra-low RAM amount, and a really slow HDD (vs SSD)
Can you get something to work on that system, probably.. but probably not at all what you are looking for.
There have been many threads on this subject in this forum. I recommend doing some research and better explaining your desired output (resolution, frame rate, etc including content source)
But in 2022, that CPU/laptop is probably ok for simple web browsing, document editing, etc, and super-low graphics games? not a lot more without a LOT of expertise and fine-tuning. Sorry, and like I said, good luck.

Hopefully someone else who has more expertise on older, under-powered systems may comment and be more helpful that I have been to you
