I've been looking around here, but the main things I can find are about streaming, which I understand requires a much better CPU. So...
All I want to do is record simple games such as TF2 or CS:GO, and I was wondering... Would you be able to with an AMD processor? I'm thinking about the AMD Athlon X4 Quad-Core (http://www.newegg.com/global/au/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113379) but I have a little room in my budget, so could just squeeze in an i5... Would it be worthwhile, or would I be able to record fine without it?
