Question / Help Follower/Subscriber display on stream

I have been researching this for a while and cant seem to come across any good setup guides.

I want to display my newest follower/subscriber on my twitch channel. I know I need an to use the API's but it is very confusing and does not give you a lot of information.

Would anyone know how to go about doing this?
