Follow alert freezing in OBS

I made a follow alert in After Effects and exported it as a WebM file. I then uploaded the WebM file to StreamElements and included it as a browser source in OBS. When I test the alert in StreamElements, the alert will freeze in OBS. I don't know how to fix this and would love any and all assistance. Thank you!

If anyone else is coming across this issue, I found the solution: I wasn't using the StreamElements version of OBS, OBS.Live

I just installed OBS.Live and tested my custom alert and found it working as intended.

I'm having the same problem. I have installed SE.Live, streamelements plugin for OBS Studio but that did not solve the problem. The alerts play normally in StreamElements and freeze on OBS. Help?
