Question / Help Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 2nd Gen Delay

Been working with trying to get Focusrite to output OBS sound but have a long delay. Check out with my laptop and recorded this video. without Focusrite it plays fine but I did give it a -500 delay to smooth it out. Then I tried Focusrite and got the delay in the attached file

The video was done by taking the output on five and running a 1/4" jack back into input 5 so that OBS was hearing what Focusrite was outputting. Sounds the same as what I was hearing just in the headphones coming out of Focusrite. Link Here

Update from Focusrite support: They are looking into the problem now with the UK Driver support team. Apparently they had another support ticket come in saying the Focusrite did not work with OBS. You hear a delay outputting monitoring to Focusrite and it does not matter what model or ever the 18i20 3rd generation with loop back is not going to help. Hopefully in a few months we can hear something.
