Question / Help Fluctuating ping between 27-70 while streaming.

It actually seems to go up and down like it's some sort of pattern.

Here is a link to my vod while playing LoL, you can see the ping in the top right. When I watch other league streamers typically their ping stays at a solid 45-48. The drastic differences in ping are very noticeable when I play, is there some way I can stabilize my ping?

Also I'm currently streaming in 2k bitrate, 2k buffer size in 720 with 30 FPS. My ping while I'm not streaming is 25-33. My upload speed is somewhere between 5.2-5.9

Your not on the latest update and the latest update brought along something called "new network code". So if you can download and install the newest version and go to advanced and tick the "Enable new networking code" and also in your case tick "Low latency mode".

Wow, so there is actually something I was doing wrong, I'm glad to hear that there's a way to fix this!

Does that mean I'll lose all my settings/scenes/etc. or can I save them in some way or transfer them?

Your scenes should carry over without any issues. No need to export them.
