New member here trying to digitize home movies. Video source is an older Panasonic Palmcorder IQ. It will play back just fine hooked up to my flat screen TV. However trying to use this encoder with the OBS software is giving me trouble. I used the auto configuration wizard but it did not help. I get a huge amount of flickering with lines and it also jumps in and out of color. I tried different USB ports with no success. I cannot capture the flickering in a still shot but here are examples of the lines.
Does anyone have a fix for this?
