Question / Help flickering

Hi,
i'm new to OBS. I would like to make some tutorials about a music composition program, but i get some flickering when i use the Screen Capture (XSHM) when i move the mouse around. It shows parts of the desktop, as if it has problems refreshing.
I use a NVidia card.
Is there some option i should change?

Search the forums on NVIDIA and OpenGL flipping. Disabling it should fix it.
