Question / Help Flickering with Window Capture

The title pretty much explains it. When I add a window capture source, the screen flickers constantly. It happens whether i'm streaming or not; whether i'm in studio mode, multi-view, or regular view. When I do stream, the flicker is showing up in my stream; it also shows up when recording. When make the layer invisible, the flickering stops. It's only flickering within the window capture area. I'm on a 2018 Mac Mini, i7 processor, Intel UHD Graphics 630.

Any ideas about what might be causing this? Log file attached.

What's causing it is that window capture performs badly on MacOS.

The workaround is to use display capture.

I had the same issue. My workaround is to use a second monitor and set "display capture" selecting the 2nd screen as a the target.
