Bug Report Flickering with Desmume on Game Capture

I'm trying to use OBS 0.583b to stream with the latest Desmume 0.9.9 x86_64 build. It seems to mostly work, and both OBS and Desmume seem to be able to maintain a stable 60hz framerate.

Unfortunately, the capture seems to flicker black momentarily every three seconds or so. I haven't seen this problem with any of the other program I've game captured (SSF, Mednafen, Kerbal Space Program, and a few others).

I've recorded an example of the problem here: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/187 ... y%20DS.mp4

In the example video, i'm actually using two cropped game captures to display both screens at separate scale, but it happens exactly the same when only a single source is capturing, and even when there's only one game capture in the list). Window Capture doesn't seem to flicker, but has a much higher impact on my system, and it drops below 60fps, so I'd like to make this work if possible.

Yea, in this case it would be important to have a log file. Please post one if possible.

I'm reasonably sure Game Capture has never worked properly with Desmume. From what I remember it's because of the weird things the emulator does in the background to render things. Your best bet is probably going to be Window Capture with Aero enabled, it should be the same performance as Game Capture. If not, something weird is going on.
