Bug Report Flickering while streaming TF2

Hi!

First I want to thank the one making this great, free program. I was told by some friends of mine to check it out. For them it works fine - not so much for me. Apparently!

When I'm streaming my fav-game, Team Fortress 2, I have problems with the stream flickering (blinking). :(

My internet connection:

So this is my laptop:
- Win 7 ultimate
- Intel Core i7 3820QM 2,7ghz, 3rd gen
- Nvidia Geforce GTX680m
- 16GB DDR3 ram

I run the 32bit version of OBS, which should work fine for TF2. I've also been into the Nvidia Control Panel and changed the settings.

Obv (I think..) I've also restarted OBS and TF2 several times. :)

Anybody got a clue what could be wrong?
