Question / Help Flickering when recording Minecraft but not osu!

Okay so the problem is I get flickering and in the preview window in OBS I get green pixel flickering only when recording minecraft however when recording osu! I don't get any pixel flicker
My specs are:
r9285 AMD
A8 5500 AMD
500w psu
1gb HDD
windows
