Question / Help Flickering of image when recording

Dear all

I'm a teacher who needs to record his lessons in these strange Corona times. I want to ue OBS, as it seems to be good software but I have one large problem when recording: the image constantly flickers. I have uploaded the log file here: https://obsproject.com/logs/r2ZGURHofgD4YFBn

In the attachment I have uploaded an example of what I mean with flickering.

I'm using MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2016),
2,6 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3
macOS Cataline, 10.15.3

i have exactly the same problem, i have already tried to reinstall obs but to no avail. Same thing using the mkv format. The settings are correct and the problem occurs even in monitoring while the software is not recording regardless of which window it is showing and whatever other program i am monitoring with OBS.
I use MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2018, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports)
2.3 GHz Intel Core i5
8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3
Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655 1536 MB
Mac os Mojave 10.14.6

Curiously, I ran the same installations on a 2009 iMac and there is no problem.
