Tried streaming Minecraft today and I kept getting this flickering problem when previewing the stream and even when I started streaming.

Here's the log:

Do you have a video of the problem?

Also, I'm not sure this is the right log...this looks to me like it might be from a local recording, not a stream.

Ah, you're probably right. I'll get the correct log right now and a recording of what's going on.

That should be the right log. I was only previewing the stream as it would still flicker if I was streaming, but I don't know if that'll make a difference in the log. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5gxdHsqrCC4

Do you have any overlays hooked into your game, such as steam or teamspeak? Have you tried turning aero on and using window capture to see if it still happens?

I don't have any overlays, tried aero disabled and enabled, and window capture seems to work just fine. Is it recommended to use that as an alternative?

Not necessarily, but I do know that some games tend to overlay their UI's over the 3D part of the game and sometimes that can cause interfaces to flicker. If you can run the game in borderless windowed mode and use window capture, then that is always an option too. Someone more familiar with OpenGL will probably have to take a look at this to see where the problem is though.
