Question / Help flashing screen

Good morning, everybody,

I am a new user of OBS software.
I only do video recording, no streaming.
My problem is that while recording the video, from time to time, you can see the screen on my desktop on top of the video.
I tried all the settings: 30 or 60 fps/s, etc. but nothing works, these flashes are always present and on all my recordings.
