Question / Help Flashing colors in Vegas 11 preivew and render [FIXED]

I am using OBS to do a local record with the settings listed in the guide.

my settings
bitrate 1000 buffer 0
quality 10
cbr off
audio bitrate 320
keyframe rate 2
crf:16
preset: veryfast (normally i use faster)
video:1080p 30 fps

When I place it in Vegas 11 and hit play the video flashes with odd colors through out the whole file. Anyone know of a fix?

This has something to do with sony vegas. Happens to me occasionally.

I disabled re sampling and it fixed it.
