Question / Help flashing camera image

Hi, I turned on OBS today and opened an existing source to find that my video capture was flashing in and out. My webcam is a Logitech Pro C 920. I disconnected it and re-connected and the flashing stopped, but 10 minutes later it started again. Can anyone advise, please?

I had this problem with flashing and all I had to do was lower the RESALE OUTPUT under the OUTPUT in SETTINGS. I lowered the value in the rescale output and the flickering stopped immediately.
