Question / Help Fixing pixelated and improve quality

Hello,

My stream has pixelation and I don't know how to solve it.
In addition, I would like to ask you if I can improve my quality stream.

My network speed is 300/300, connected by ethernet.

My specs of pc:
Windows 10 64 bits
Phenom ii x4 955 processor,
8 gb ram
Amd radeon r 7200

your CPU is to weak to stream anyway but to fix the pixelation while movement you would have to use the veryfast Preset and you should be fine with a 2000 Bitrate
