Question / Help [Fixed] OBS crash when i click on start streaming [Twitch + 6600k QSV + Windows 10 x64]

Hi,

I can't stream using QSV on OBS.
when i click start streaming i get one of these :
- OBS just crash with no error
- i get a message telling me to update my drivers (screenshot attached)
- i get a crash message indicating crash log location (crash log attached)

i tested older IGPU drivers (same problem)
IGPU is activated in BIOS (tested with 512 Mem . now im giving it 256 Mem)


Config :
MSI z170a pro
i5 6600k (IGPU is intel HD 530 i think)
16 GB DDR4
HD 5770 [main GPU] (connected to 2 screens) (with latest possible drivers = AMD Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta Driver non GCN Win 10 x64 Feb 27)
Windows 10 x64 pro . (last updated 09-01-2019)

PS:
but using x264 i have no problem (stream work fine)
not sure but i think premier pro hardware (QSV ?) encoding doesnt work aswell .
how can i test if QSV is active and working ?

The latest Intel Drivers are critically bugged and crash any application trying to use QuickSync. Roll back to a driver released prior to Nov 2018

i can't beleave this is working !!!. + i feel dumb for not trying very old drivers

altho now i have a problem with premier pro cc 2019 . which crash aparently because it didn't find a video play module (screenshot attached)
i know this is not the place for premier pro help . but if you have any idea would be very nice.
(maybe some place where i need to tell it which GPU is the main one) (also phoroshop and media encoder are working fine)


Edit : 11/01/2019 ==> nvm i fixed it (how ?) by re installing my AMD HD 5770 Drivers . (Windows 10 stories with drivers)
