Hi, I FIXED GAME CAPTURE NOT PICKING UP GAMES BY: I turned on Multi-Compatibility mode and went on my game and alt+tabed many times and it came up on OBS!!

Harold thanks for helping me with my drivers!
 
Your drivers are actually still broken. You didn't need to open a new thread on this at all, the original thread was still open.
