Bug Report (FIXED) Encoding Crash

Everytime I attempt to go to my encoding settings. My OBS crashes...
It just started doing this out of nowhere, was working fine before.

Wait, I fixed it!
All I had to do was use my "WIndows Update"
Not sure which did the job.
But its one, or more, of the 'Optional' updates.
