Apologies if this topic has been posted/talked about before, but I need help with this as soon as possible. I made a reddit post on r/Twitch about this issue and only 3 people responded within a 2-day period, none of their suggestions helping. I also tweeted about it and tagged @Elgato_Support but got no reply. So I figured I would make a thread here seeing as this problem is only occurring in OBS and not in the Elgato software itself.
I just bought a new PC for myself for Christmas along with the Elgato HD60 Pro. I'm trying to get everything set up to stream on Twitch, but the Elgato is lagging in OBS. When I preview the stream in OBS, only the Elgato freezes; seemingly in a sequence of one second (works for one second, freezes for one second). I'm not sure if something is off in my settings or what.
My Elgato is currently hooked up to my Xbox One. In the software itself, there's no lag whatsoever. Only in OBS. I also double-checked to make sure all my settings in the Elgato software were correct (Xbox One, HDMI, 1080p, etc.).

"Just switch over to multiplatform..."; If others can run the HD60 Pro in OBS with no trouble, I should be able to also. Multiplatform is less compatible with most plugins I want to use and it's clunky overall. I really do not want to switch over to multiplatform.
