edit: http://www.twitch.tv/pr0gz/b/595889180 (here is me also playing tera online, with the SAME Settings, and everything is perfect smooth, no animation lag nothing.)

Please start the video at 1:30 between and 1:50 you can see where my weapon seems to skip while doing animations. This bugs the hell out of me and was trying to figure out why does this happen when I stream?

PC Settings: http://i.imgur.com/O1EpVAb.png

OBS Settings: https://imgur.com/Gajeogf,WidyTIc,SuScvcH#0 (my maxbit rate is actually 1700 and audio bitrate is at 96. Different from image number 1)

log files from that stream: https://gist.github.com/anonymous/f39e4f4a54b2f037ab0e#file-2014-12-05-0346-49-log-L1

edit: FIXED:

CRITw: Try "minimize network impact" in OBS for couple minutes despite good upload. I think that csgo engine or w/e is made that its kinda shaky for some PC's. I have that option checked all the time and I dont have this problem.

I have this as well.. Nothing you can do about it. A well known CS streamer, Shroud, used to have this problem, and said that it was fixed by replacing his gtx 660 ti by a gtx 970. So it has to do something with gpu usage I suppose. Since the filters have a slight influence on the gpu usage, maybe changing it to bilineair can solve this issue?

What do you mean change what to bilineair?

In OBS, go to settings, go to the "Video" Tab, there you will find an option called "Filter" and change that to bilineair.

Hmm I don't know what could solve it man, you can try things like limiting your fps or running your game as administrator...but I doubt that would work, although solutions can be the weirdest kind of things.
