Question / Help Fixed an old problem, now I have pixelated streams and recordings. Please Help

I think the title explains it, my recordings of games are now pixelated and prety low quality after fixed and old problem where it was very choppy and not smooth. Not it is very smooth but pixelated (if that makes sense?) Basically like low quality pixelated with 60 fps. I'm running in 720p60 though. I can upload my past broadcasts on twitch and also there's a log down here of a quick stream test i did. Does going to say veryfast or superfast reduce quality? I realized i had mine on ultrafast and that might make it worse if thats the case. Heres the log should have settings and specs you need in it. https://pastebin.com/bUf4Jdcy
