For the last few weeks I've been having an issue where after closing OBS it would not re-open without doing a full restart. It would just hang in the Task Manager
There were no crash logs and the obs logs showed it halting before loading plugins.
I uninstalled, cleared appdata, reinstalled fresh but the problem would keep happening.
What finally fixed it on Windows 11:
1) In Task Manager go to Details on the left.
2) Right click OBS and choose Analyze Wait Chain
OBS was hanging while waiting for Teamviewer.exe. Why? No clue! But choosing to end Teamviewer.exe caused OBS to immediately open.
Not sure how long the fix will hold but at least I don't have to do full reboots now.
