Question / Help FIX Lag OBS?

Hey Guys i have some questions.. and this is really really annoying, i've downloaded the new obs which is OBS Studio 0.15.4 64-bit on Windows 10 first time i'm using it, it's really really smooth everything was so perfect. but the next day i'm using it it's just really really laggy! i dont know why is this happening but if someone out there know how to fix it.. please tell me
