Bug Report fix for FPS (temporary)

So i know a lot of people have been dropping FPS in OBS, but not in games.

This is caused by OBS using GPU power. OBS uses around 5-10% GPU, while some highend games like Call of duty WW2 wants to use 100%.

The way to fix this, is to cap the games GPU load, which you can do via Rivatuner. I capped mine at 100 fps, with GTX 1080 and 1950X threadripper.

I hope OBS will fix this, and maybe let the GPU load from OBS go from the GPU itself to the CUDA/NVENC chip.

Hope to see a fix to this soon, because i know im not the only one facing this <3

The problem is OBS using GPU, which it shouldn't when games will use 100%

FPS levels above the refresh rate of the display are a waste of system resources. Cap your games to the refresh rate of your display first.

Well, the games max out the CPU at 60-70 fps, then a cap of 165hz wont help that much. That wont resolve anything for people with Hugh refresh rate. CSGO is horrible at 60fps. COD is enjoyable at 100.

even then...i always use vsync at 60Hz but as soon as the gpu load exceeds ~80% the recording starts to get some stuttering (in preview and the recorded footage). Without recording, the preview stays smooth.
