Fix booting error: The procedure entry point IsWow64Process2 could not be located in the dymanic link library.

When i try to open OBS, i get an error saying The procedure entry point IsWow64Process2 could not be located in the dymanic link library.
How do i fix this?

I've been having no problems using Obs for a while. Recently I had a problem with Smplayer and uninstalled and reinstalled it. After that I get this message. Any suggestions on how I can get Obs running right again. I already reinstalled it but no change. Thanks.
