FiveM & OBS dislike each other - Massive disconnection drop And FiveM behaving badly

Evening people, Hopefully, I can get an answer to the error in hand so that I then can able to stream and game FiveM. OBS opened and captured the game for FiveM, at random times while on FiveM OBS then just go from 6000 bitrates to 0 and then gets lost and disconnects, I have to fully restart OBS to get back online again. This happens while lunching FiveM or just connecting to the server.

Also, while on fiveM, the server or FiveM client doesn't like OBS while running, what I mean by that the interaction while playing is messed up or being slow or lagging. Like going to the store to buy food and menu not showing or takes forever to load. FiveM and on server works fine when not streaming with OBS not open.

• Running OBS as admin
• I open OBS first then fiveM or FiveM first then OBS and still does the same Even if I'm able to stream fiveM for an hour, in-game interaction is slow, if like OBS is affecting it. even open in-game chat takes forever to load
• running at 6000 bitrates with 15 upload speeds, even tried 3K and still no good and does it.

I have attached the logs, there are a lot of them as OBS and FiveM wnt loopy that many times

I have done a full clean install of the OBS studio and stream elements plugin. Seems to resolved my errors at least for that night while it was just going pooping on itself.

Last night however it was doing it again, But Rather than OBS crashing, it was disconnecting itself. But I noticed one thing. I always run OBS as admin. The first three times I run as admin and when streaming it lost connection. from 6000 bit down to 0 in seconds. At the 4th time I did not run OBS as admin and worked..

Does that affect it then while running the program as admin or not as admin?

did you have installed any VPN software?

nope

have you updated your network driver from the intel website?

Fully updated, last time I checked

did you have 2 Ethernet ports on your PC ? when yes please disable one.

have you tried to bind your IP in obs?
use this setting but your IP will shown

yep, It's left as default with boxes uncheck and IP set as it should. I have Priority to high in OBS setting anyway and for the third time without running as admin working so far.
