Question / Help First time user - Black Screen

Hey,

I am trying to record some league of legends gameplay with my new laptop - window 8.1/ i5 3th generation/ intel 4000 graphics card (only graphics card), I tried on monitor/ game/ window capture everything ... but still nothing shows in the video and only sound is playing, I don't know if its the setting is wrong or else..

hope someone can help me out :)

If you have an issue with the laptop then you may have to try using "compatibility mode" in window capture as a last resort, otherwise it's possible your drivers are out of date.
