Question / Help First time setup, nothing working...

So I've tried multiple times to try and stream on twitch but haven't gotten around it until now. Recently I heard about this program and thought about giving it a try. I've checked several videos and I don't understand what it is I am doing wrong. I can make a simple Window Capture but the video is super slow. I move my cursor to 1 place to another, looking at the stream, that action happens only 10 seconds after I do it.

It's quite frustrating. The sound is behind as well.

I made a speed test and here are my results to Twitch.tv server US West - Los Angeles, CA.

I tried lowest and highest settings, nothing seems to work. It seems to crash everytime too.

This crash appears to have occured in the 'c:\windows\system32\asproxy64.dll' module.

Seems you have Astrill installed, did you tried streaming having it disabled (or even uninstall it) ?
Also there's an inherent delay between live action on your side and what you see on twitch stream, there's nothing you can do about it (and also you shouldn't worry about it)

There will always be a delay between what you are doing, and what your viewers will see on the stream. 6-10 seconds is pretty normal, given the IMMENSE amount of work that needs to happen to make a Livestream work (as opposed to a peer-to-peer screen-share, which has significantly lower overhead).

It is not, and will never be instant, until quantum-transmission becomes commonplace. And probably not even then.

As far as the audio, is it in-sync with the video being shown on the livestream?

Also, if you're using an Astrill 'free' VPN, it will likely contribute to low throughput and poor performance. When it comes to VPNs, you really do get what you pay for (most of the 'free' ones are ridiculously super-slow)... and if the price is free, often you are the product being sold.
Additionally, speedtest.net is worthless for livestreamers. Run a 6MB test at http://www.testmy.net/upload instead, it'll give you a much better idea of your constant throughput.
