1. Using Windows Update, update to Windows 10 2004 or 20H2 if available per

2. One of your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the rest. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
Headphones (Xbox Controller): 48000 Hz
Headset Microphone (Xbox Controller): 24000 Hz
3. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on short cut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok
4. OBS, settings, output, recording, uncheck psycho visual tuning, apply, ok
5. Cap your games at 119 or 120 FPS (whatever your monitor is).
