It captures an app I am using just to test OBS with, but when I pull down a menu, nothing appears.
Windows 10, Aspire V3, i7, Nvidia GeForce GTX 760M
attached file shows screenshot of app on left, and obs on right where the dropped down menu does not appear in the preview.
What am I doing wrong?

Update 9/26/15 For what's worth, I tried capturing using Windows 10 Xbox Game capturing software, and it too didn't capture menus.
Tried Camstudio Portable and it captured drop down menus.
