Question / Help First frame shows then freezes and audio continues to play

I'm new to streaming and have no idea what I'm doing, advice is appreciated. It says my CPU is under a heavy load.. I have an AMD A10 5800K processor clocked at 4.2ghz and a GTX 660 Ti OC. My internet speed is 5mbps up and 50mbps down
