Bug Report First audio track ALWAYS out of sync with the rest

The first audio track in a multitrack recording is always out of sync. Premiere even shows the first audio track is longer than all others.
Tried multiple versions, multiple (3) different computers, multiple (MKV, MOV) containers. This issue persists at least 6 months.

The log file seems irrelevant, but included: https://obsproject.com/logs/is6KDnhVk3I53TYf

oh i didn't see you tried an offset already. as the issue is related to the track itself and not an individual source i think it would be easiest just to shift the first track forward in editing, or to file a bug report (i think it's a bug, anyways)

How do I file a bug report? I thought this counts as being one. It has the [ BUG REPORT ] flair. Is there anything else I need to do?

Sorry that i can't really help, I'm not an expert on the OBS code itself and can only help with tuning surface settings. I think that may also be why no one else replied, since they may not know how to fix it either. You could ask others directly perhaps or file a bug report on the OBS github. Sorry that I couldn't help more.

Hello. Is there any progress in this? I think it has to do with the audio streams initializing for ALL tracks at the same time, but sequentially. The absolute first has a timeout, the subsequent ones are immediate, and then finally the first one is initialized with a delay. I haven't inspected the OBS source code myself, but I reckon I might be able to look into it if somebody points me in the right direction (where the streams gets initialized)
