Firestick HDMI video capture out of synch

New to OBS. My Firestick 4K using HDMI video capture dongle has audio/video out of synch, and I can't correct with "synch offset", stopping buffering, or stopping time stamp. Is my card to blame, or what can I do?
 
Well, I tried out "Video Delay (Async)" filter and sure enough it worked. I use 200ms and all is well. Thanks!
