Question / Help finding the right settings

Hey, i'm new to streaming and i'd like to get some help of you guys because i don't really know what settings i should use.
My CPU/GPU: i7 4790k - GTX 770 2GB - speedtest: http://beta.speedtest.net/result/6777717632
90% of the time i'm playing CSGO and my ingame resolution is 800x600. if you need anything else let me know!thanks in advance

If you want to stream to Twitch, the good starting options are 800x600 @ 60 fps, and 1280x720 @ 60 fps. At 800x600 there won't be black bars, but Twitch doesn't offer many transcoding options for non-standard resolutions. At 720p60 the video will appear stretched, but that's kind of difficult to avoid properly without adding black bars or filling the remaining space with various widgets.

As for encoding settings, leave them at the default, or use a slightly slower encoding preset if the in-game framerate doesn't satisfy you.

Hey, the thread is now some weeks old, but nontheless. I think for 720p 2.500 - 2.800 kbs should be ok. You can run a test stream with twitch, which will tell you how good the upload performance is, meaning if your connection / hardware can maintain the set upload. If it drops a lot you should reduce the bitrate. I've got mine set to 3.000 for 1080p and no problems so far, stable connection (10 Mbit Upload).
