finding right settings for obs

my pc specs are AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor 3.40 GHz Nvidia Geforce GTX 1650 and one 8 gb stick of ram what would be the best settings for obsstudio to stream and using psremote play

Run the Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu) and apply the settings it gives. Restart OBS and test.
That's all.

Anyway, you'll need 8GB more of RAM.
