Question / Help Finding best settings for recording

Hello guys, i post this because i really need help for my PC because i want to record with OBS Studio, but when i Start recording my fps drops alot.
My PC specs:
CPU: i5 7400 3/3.5 GHz
GPU: Asus Strix GTX 1060 6gb
Motherboard: Asus Prime B250-PRO
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX Black 8GB DDR4
