Question / Help Find out the stream settings of twitch video

Hi everybody,

This is somewhat of a weird question, but here goes.

Is there any way to find out the settings from another live stream such as:

BitRate
Resolution

etc?

So i could log onto twitch, see a stream and out of pure curiosity find out the bitrate and resolution (since twitch changed it to source)
