Question / Help Final steps remove echo from live stram

I have been experiencing problems with a live stream both with video/audio sync and with an echo in the broadcast. From reading here fixing the sync problem is pretty straight forward and I think that my echo may have been because I was picking up audio from two different sources. I believe I have that fixed now too but have one concern that I'll explain below.

My setup is that have a Roland VHD video/audio mixer that sends the output to a laptop via USB. The video going through the Roland is from a camera and the audio runs through the church sound system controlled by a digital mix board. All of that I think is irrelevant but I want to answer that question upfront in case I am wrong.

The echo is has been present almost constant not overly noticeable. I really noticed it more when I had some frame drop during the live stream and after that the echo was much more apparent (and annoying) as if the main video/audio fell behind and whatever source was active remained "live".

So first I went into the Settings in OBS Studio and I did find that Default Audio was set to my Roland VHD (which is correct) but also Mic/Auxilary Audio was set to default (and was also showing up in the Advanced Audio Properties. I disabled that so the only enabled audio device is default Audio. So now the mic does not show up in advanced properties.

Here is my question/concern. When I go into Advanced Audio Properties I still see two audio devices (see photo below). So I am afraid this is still going to create an echo opportunity. Is this a concern and how do I get rid of the Desktop Audio option there. Should I just disable it in the main settings as well?
